Program that captures e-mail addresses off of websites? - mass mail program

I want a program that e-mail addresses in any way accumulates on a particular site and somehow exported into a spreadsheet or something. This would create a list of mass email to potential customers. Does anyone know where one (ie, preferably for free)?
